From food to film, to heart-health to hemp, I love making a difference in this world by working with sustainable products striving to make a positive impact. I think like a reporter and work like a worker bee. My approach is authentic, fun, and results driven.
Heather Collins - Founder
As a former TV reporter, I know that everyone has a story and quickly realized that food also has a story. In 2012, I took the leap and went out on my own to help bridge good food to consumers, and ultimately help shape and tell national brand stories.
What I love most is working with like minded people within the natural products industry. When I am not in the kitchen, working an event or pitching media, you can usually find me in a grocery store looking for new products, researching the local restaurant food scene or meeting new people who really want to make a difference in the food we eat. Food is universal and I love bringing people to the table to experience the essence of what sustainable, organic and natural good food means to our lives.
I help formulate strategic ideas and implement tactical communications plans that deliver results from blogger relations, to events, to creating brand ambassador programs. Someone described me as a hybrid of all facets of a marketing and communications team in one neat, professional, driven, high-energy package. I look forward to working with you on your next lifestyle, hospitality, travel or food inspired brand.

Nationally renowned as The Cooking Cardiologist, Dr. Collins received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and obtained his cardiovascular training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
As a leading authority and spokesperson in preventive medicine, Dr. Collins has been quoted in numerous publications, appeared on various national and local television/radio news programs and has been the guest speaker at national seminars. Adding to his public appearances, Dr. Collins also has performed more than 500 cooking demonstrations across the country and has written many medical articles promoting the benefits of a heart healthy lifestyle.
Susan Buckley, RDN, CDE, CLT - Consultant
A native of California, Susan graduated with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO. Susan began her career as a Registered Dietitian working for the Child Care Food Program, a USDA food program devoted to proper nutrition for children.
Now Susan provides her wealth of knowledge as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and co-contributor to Cooking with Heart, a cookbook by South Denver Cardiologists. Susan teaches a number of Wellness classes at South Denver Cardiology; including a heart-healthy lecture/cooking class with The Cooking Cardiologist, Dr. Collins, as well as classes in Cholesterol Basics, Diabetes and Understanding Your Lab Values.
